The clock ticks and time does not stop,
The tender morning’s silence breaks with birds chirp and hop…
A wave quivers through my body,
With a sharp chirp when next to her she sees nobody…
Her arms stretch towards me,
With a soft smile that acknowledges for a kiss…
The tide of emotions that I hold for long,
Recedes gradually my unrecognized love in the world that I belong…
